  • must be presented when using the services at the facility.

Article 5 – Customer Obligations

The Customer must read these GTC before proceeding with the purchase.

The Customer is responsible for safeguarding the identification code of the Purchase Title required to access the purchased services.

Article 6 – Conclusion of the Contract

All prices indicated on the Website or at the Reception are expressed in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

The contract shall be deemed concluded and legally binding when:

  • the Customer has paid the full price of the selected service or product;

If the purchase is made through the Website, the Title will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer during the registration or purchase process. If the purchase is made at the Reception, the Purchase Title will be delivered directly to the Customer in paper or digital format.

Any errors in the data provided by the Customer must be promptly reported by contacting the Reception using the contact details indicated on the Website.

Article 7 – Validity and Use of Purchase Titles

Except for Fixed-Date Tickets, the issuance of the Purchase Title does not constitute an automatic reservation of the service.

Reservations must be made by contacting the facility via email or through the Website.

On the day of the reservation, the Customer must present the Purchase Title at the Reception.

Unless otherwise specified, the Purchase Title remains valid until the expiry date indicated on the Title itself. After this date, the Title automatically expires without the possibility of a refund.

If the Purchase Title includes multiple services, these must be used on the same day unless otherwise indicated.

Article 8 – Temporarily Unavailable Services

The Facility reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend certain services for:

If one or more services included in the Purchase Title are temporarily unavailable, the Customer may:

  • use alternative services of equal value; or

  • obtain an extension of the validity of the Purchase Title limited to the period of unavailability.

No additional compensation or refund shall be provided.

Article 9 – Force Majeure

Force Majeure refers to extraordinary, unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond the control of the Seller and not preventable through ordinary diligence, which prevent or temporarily make impossible, wholly or partially, the provision of services offered by the Facility.

By way of example and not limitation, Force Majeure includes:

  • natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, landslides or exceptional weather events);

  • fires, explosions or significant technical failures of the facility’s systems;

  • strikes, labour disputes or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

In the presence of Force Majeure events, the Seller shall not be held responsible for the inability to provide the purchased services.

In such cases, the Customer shall be entitled, at the Seller’s discretion:

  • to use the purchased services on a later date, subject to availability of the facility; or

  • to obtain an extension of the validity of the Purchase Title limited to the period of unavailability.

The Customer shall not be entitled to any additional compensation, refund or damages.

Article 10 – Loss or Theft of the Purchase Title

The Seller shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or improper use of the Purchase Title.

Article 11 – Changes to Reservations

Any changes to reservations must be communicated by 10:00 a.m. on the day preceding the booked date.

In case of late communication or failure to appear (no-show), the Purchase Title shall be considered used.
